ZeroTrace features two versatile USB ports for distinct purposes:

๐ Firmware Management
Preparation Steps
- Connect ZeroTrace to your computer via the COM port using a USB-C data cable.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
Flashing the Firmware
- Open the ZeroTrace Web Flasher in Google Chrome
- Click Connect, select your ZeroTrace device, and choose Flash Firmware
- Wait until the flashing process completes (about 2 minutes)
- Disconnect and restart the device
