๐Ÿš€ Firmware Management

Preparation Steps

  1. Connect ZeroTrace to your computer via the COM port using a USB-C data cable.
  2. Ensure your internet connection is stable.

Flashing the Firmware

  1. Open the ZeroTrace Web Flasher in Google Chrome
  2. Click Connect, select your ZeroTrace device, and choose Flash Firmware
  3. Wait until the flashing process completes (about 2 minutes)
  4. Disconnect and restart the device

๐Ÿง Linux Users โ€“ Serial Permission Fix

If you see the error: Failed to execute 'open' on 'SerialPort' Run the following command to grant serial port access:

sudo usermod -a -G dialout $USER

Then log out and back in for the changes to take effect.
